This person will need to strive to provide unmatched service to their team, their guests, and their guest's vehicles while maintaining honesty and integrity in all communications and service recommendations. The Franchise Operator position is directly responsible for all aspects of the location operations.This is a brand new location and you get the opportunity to build your own team from the ground up!Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Implement the Christian Brothers Automotive system to achieve store profitability goalsDevelop and implement local marketing activitiesRecruit, hire, and train local employees as requiredFollow-up communication with customers after repairs are completedManage web portal and online presenceManage all employees through coaching and career skill developmentMaintain a clean and organized environment for an exceptional team and guest experience
